The work of the laser consists in making micro-damage to tissues, which, when subjected to such stimulation, repair themselves - revealing new, better tissue. So there is a pulse on the laser side, and the rest is nature. The final effect depends on the regenerative capacity of the body, which is individual for each patient. That is why only when we see the result of the procedure, we are 100% sure what the scope of changes is.
It all depends on the expectations of the patient. Usually, the effect of laser therapy alone is sufficient, but if the loss of skin elasticity is significant, you may need to use additional treatments to achieve the desired effect.
